Table of contents (12 sections)
This page is written in plain English. It explains the limits of what DCK VISIBILITY 360 can tell you and do for you. It is issued by DCK Media & Business Consulting (Registration No. 202503147640 (PG0572109-H)), a business registered in Malaysia ("DCK VISIBILITY 360", "we", "us" or "our"). "You" means the Customer using the Services.
This page forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
1. What DCK VISIBILITY 360 does#
DCK VISIBILITY 360 helps businesses understand and improve how they appear in search engines and AI assistants. We analyse your website, track keywords and competitors, and check how AI platforms answer questions about your market. We generate articles, social posts, metadata, schema and images using third-party AI models. With your permission, we publish that content to your website, hosted blog and social accounts through your Connected Accounts. We also report on traffic and enquiries using Google data and our Tracking Script.
2. What is measured and what is estimated#
Not every number in DCK VISIBILITY 360 means the same thing. We use three labels:
- Measured — data recorded directly, either by us or by a third party such as Google. It can still have gaps, delays or sampling by the source.
- Sampled — a snapshot we took at a particular time and place. Another check at another time or place could give a different answer.
- Estimated — a figure calculated by us or a third party using models, assumptions or your own inputs. It is a guide, not a fact.
| Metric | How we get it | Label |
|---|---|---|
| Search Console clicks, impressions, average position | From Google Search Console through your Connected Account. Subject to Google's own sampling, filtering, thresholds and reporting delays. | Measured |
| GA4 sessions, users, events | From Google Analytics 4 through your Connected Account. Subject to Google's own processing, consent settings and thresholds. | Measured |
| Tracking Script page views, sessions, conversion events | Recorded by our first-party Tracking Script on your site. Known bots are excluded. Visitors who block scripts, decline consent or use privacy tools may not be counted. | Measured |
| Search rank positions | A snapshot from a search-results data provider for a given keyword, location, device and time. Real users may see different results. | Sampled |
| AI visibility mentions and citations | Answers recorded from AI platforms through their official APIs at a point in time. API answers can differ from what people see in consumer apps. Answers vary by time, location, account, personalisation and model version. | Sampled |
| AI visibility score and HALO score | An index calculated by us using our own methodology and weightings. It is not a metric published by Google, OpenAI or any other third party. | Estimated |
| Keyword search volume and difficulty | From third-party data sources or our own models. Figures are approximate. | Estimated |
| Traffic value, lead value and ROI | Calculated from your inputs (such as average order value or close rate) and our attribution assumptions, including last-touch, same-session attribution. | Estimated |
| WhatsApp, phone and email link clicks | Clicks recorded by the Tracking Script. | Measured (clicks) |
| Enquiries or leads from those clicks | We cannot see whether a click led to a real conversation or sale. Enquiry counts are inferred from clicks. | Estimated |
| Competitor data | Collected from public sources and third-party data. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. | Sampled / Estimated |
Where a figure is not labelled in the Platform, treat it as an estimate unless it clearly comes directly from Google or from your Tracking Script.
3. No guarantees of results#
We do not guarantee results
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DCK VISIBILITY 360 does not guarantee, and makes no promise or representation about:
- any search ranking or position, or keeping a ranking once achieved;
- being mentioned, cited, recommended or linked by any AI platform or assistant;
- indexing of any page by any search engine;
- any level of traffic, enquiries, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment; or
- any particular outcome from using Auto-Publish, the Backlink Network or any other feature.
Search engines, AI platforms and social networks are run by third parties. They change their algorithms, models, ranking factors, policies and interfaces often and without notice. We do not control them and are not responsible for their decisions.
Case studies, examples, benchmarks and past results are illustrations only. They do not predict your results.
Any score, forecast or recommendation in DCK VISIBILITY 360 is an aid to your own judgement. You decide what to do with it.
4. AI-generated content: you must review it#
DCK VISIBILITY 360 uses third-party AI models to create content. AI Output can:
- (a)contain factual errors, made-up facts, quotes, statistics or sources (sometimes called "hallucinations");
- (b)be outdated, because AI models may not know about recent events, prices or changes;
- (c)reflect bias or be inappropriate for your audience;
- (d)be similar to content created for other users or found elsewhere; and
- (e)misdescribe your products, services, prices or competitors.
We do not fact-check AI Output and do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, lawful or suitable for your purpose. Our quality gate is automated and based on heuristics. It may miss problems. It is not a human or legal review.
You must review AI Output before it is published. Take special care with:
- (a)regulated or sensitive topics, such as health, medicine, finance, investment, insurance, law and safety;
- (b)claims about your products, services, prices, results, awards or certifications;
- (c)comparisons with competitors, and any statement about another business or a real person; and
- (d)anything that must meet advertising, consumer protection or industry rules in your market.
You are the publisher. Content published from DCK VISIBILITY 360 is published by you, on your website and your accounts, under your name. You are responsible for it in the same way as if you had written it yourself.
Auto-Publish. If you turn on Auto-Publish, content goes live without you approving each item. By choosing Auto-Publish you give standing approval for that content and accept the risk of publishing it without per-item review. If you want to check every item first, use Review mode. You stay responsible in both modes.
Some laws and platform policies require you to disclose that content was created or assisted by AI, or to label AI-generated images. You are responsible for making any disclosure that applies to you.
5. Originality and intellectual property#
We use tools and processes designed to reduce duplicated or copied content. We cannot guarantee that AI Output is unique, original or free from third-party rights, or that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
In some countries, content created mainly by AI may have limited or no copyright protection. You may not be able to stop others from using similar content.
Before you rely on AI Output for important uses, such as brand names, slogans, product descriptions or images, you should run your own checks.
6. Third-party platforms and trademarks#
DCK VISIBILITY 360 is independent. Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads and WhatsApp), LinkedIn, Microsoft (Bing), OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Telegram, WordPress, Shopify and other platforms we mention or connect to are not affiliated with, sponsoring or endorsing DCK VISIBILITY 360. Their names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify their services.
Each platform has its own terms and content policies. These may restrict what you can publish, how often, and whether automated or AI-generated content is allowed. You must follow them.
If a platform limits, suspends or closes your account or page, removes your content, or changes or withdraws an API, that is outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for it.
7. Not professional advice#
DCK VISIBILITY 360 provides marketing, SEO and AI-visibility information only. Nothing in the Services is legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice.
If you need advice on any of those matters, including whether your content or marketing is lawful in your market, speak to a qualified professional.
8. Backlink Network risks#
The Backlink Network is optional and off by default. It places contextual links between participating customers' sites.
Search engines may ignore these links, treat them as a link scheme, or apply manual or algorithmic actions that lower your rankings. If you opt in, you do so at your own risk. We do not guarantee that any link will help your rankings or that it will not harm them.
You can opt out at any time. Removal of existing placements is done on a best-effort basis within a reasonable period.
9. Data delays, gaps and errors#
Data in DCK VISIBILITY 360 may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Common causes include reporting delays at Google and other sources, API limits or outages, consent and ad-blocking tools on your Visitors' browsers, changes to your website, and disconnected or expired Connected Accounts.
Do not rely on DCK VISIBILITY 360 data alone for important financial, legal or business decisions. Check it against your own records.
If you spot an error, please tell us at support@dckvisibility360.com. We will look into it, but we cannot always correct data that comes from a third party.
10. How we tell you about changes to our methods#
We improve our scoring, sampling and estimation methods over time. When we make a material change to how a score or estimate is calculated, we will note it in the Platform, in product updates or in our help content. Scores and estimates calculated before and after a change may not be directly comparable.
We may change the AI models, data providers or prompts we use without notice, which may change results.
